Accountability is a great tool for success. A group and someone to answer to each week helps keep motivation high.

The support you will receive in each live session will include

  • Taking measurements – In a private room you will have your measurements taken on week 1 and week 4
  • The principles of The Chew Plan. Why we do what we do.
  • Help you designing a full week of meals for you to eat and a shopping list.
  • Address any issues that interfere withour clean eating.Tiredness, emotional eating, temptation..
  • Learn lifestyle tips that make success easier.
  • Lots of easy recipes and food tasting.
  • Have your weekly food diary evaluated and help to make it healthier.


In your members area you will have access to lots of resources to help you.
