Her Fitness 2nd Birthday Fitness Party!

On the 22nd Septmeber 2011 Her Fitness celebrated two years in business. We danced to Indian music and did the famous Masala Bhangra workout! Starting with some basic moves we built up a routine to perform at the end of the hour. All agreed that this is a challenging yet fun routine suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels. Here is what we got up too! We will be holding another event on 14th December 2011.
