Day 3 and 4
Day 3 and 4 So by day three the DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness had really kicked in). Day 2 weight lifting
So I did my first weight training session for a long time yesterday and can feel it today. It was in zumba last night I felt the first twinges or muscle soreness in my glutes.
