Shirley Sadler is a qualified Personal Trainer, Zumba® instructor and fitness boot camp owner. She specializes in helping female clients lose unwanted body-fat, change their shape and get the body of their dreams. She is based in Manchester but her online services give clients access to her support and information from any location.
In her teens, Shirley was self-conscious about her body and tried a range of fad diets, cutting calories and exercising to videos in a bid to achieve the look she wanted. She realized at age 16 that she wanted to have a career in fitness and got her first fitness qualifications at 25, after raising a young family.
Motivational, inspirational and passionate
Since that first qualification, Shirley has continually worked towards the latest fitness and training standards, and she hopes to never stop learning. She has been called motivational, inspirational and passionate about what she does, and she’s proud to help her clients get results they’d always wanted, but never thought possible. As a regular woman in her 30s with children, she can relate to the challenges her clients face. She’s caring and compassionate and encourages her clients to believe they can achieve.
Nutrition and fitness
Shirley’s areas of interest include female-focused fitness, Zumba and strength training for women. She enjoys teaching any form of fitness which is fun and encourages good weight-loss. She is also passionate about nutrition and supports her boot camp clients with full nutritional advice and guidance. Like her fitness knowledge, she works hard to constantly update her nutritional training so she can advise her clients about the best and most suitable ways of eating and hydrating for fat-loss.
Shirley’s WOW (Women-only workout) boot camp clients meet three times a week to train. She runs a strength-training service for women who lift weights, giving guidance, downloads and articles about working out at home or at a gym. Shirley is passionate about fitness and nutrition which really works, and puts the knowledge she has gained throughout her career into everything she teaches.
