Sweet and savoury at the same time! This makes two servings.
Ingredients can be adjusted to different quantities if you please.
- 200g cooked brown basmati rice
- 1 apple chopped into cubes
- 1 stick of celery thinly sliced
- 24g raisins (1 bought snacksize boxes and used two)
- 60g walnuts
- Coconut oil for frying the rice
Add oil to the pan and lightly fry the boiled rice for a couple of minutes until warmed.
Add to plate or tub (if eating later cold) and add all reaming ingredients.
