Why You May Not Be Successful At Changing Your Body Shape

06 Oct

Why you may not be successful at changing your body shape.

Are you the kind of person who is a gatherer of information?

Always clicking on the next thing that promises weight loss?

Do you find you read the information but are yet to take action?

Do you give up too soon?

Distracted by the latest fad?

Maybe you are doing it the hard way and are not clear enough on what really works.

Well stop! The answer is so simple.

Just in case you are not sure….

Eat healthy foods that are as close to nature as possible to nourish the body and you will yourself wanting less junk. This will help the body shed unwanted fat.

Use the muscles in your body as they were intended. Challenge them so you have a strong, shaped, (as nature intended) physique.

This is not new to us. This is nature and how we are designed to be.

Thousands of years ago we would forage and hunt our foods by using our bodies to travel and overcome obstacles.

Man has made all the things that get in our way, from breakfast foods, fitness gimmicks and the horrendous diet foods.

Sadly the marketing efforts by these companies are so full of promise that we fall for it. Time and time again!

You have all you need! There is no diet food, magic pill or potion that you need to achieve your goal.

So we don’t rummage for our own foods anymore and have the convenience of a supermarket but even those are too full and distracting with too much choice.

So before you next declare nothing works for you, answer these…

Are you taking action?

Are you giving it time?

Are you still seeking rather than committing?

Why not take that leap. Make a commitment to healthy eating and muscle building. Not only will you change your shape but you will create a healthier place to live in your body and mind.

Treat your body better than your bank account!

06 Oct

Treat your body better than your bank account.

Pay in more with natural foods and exercise.

Withdraw less by eating less junk food and less skipped workouts.

Look at the overall balance a little treat (withdrawal) won’t hurt. Enjoy the treat then claw it back by continuing with the good stuff.

The body can detox itself but not when its bombarded day in day out.

Give your paying in more effort than your withdrawals. Rather than be consumed with guilt when you overeat, eat junk food or miss a workout, let it go, move on. Give your thoughts to planning, taking action and improving your habits.

Muscle is like interest. The more you have the more it pays by keeping your metabolism higher.

Don’t get started in the route of eating calories and then trying to burn them off. It’s not the simplest way and can lead to unhealthy obsessions again taking your focus from positive thoughts to negative thoughts.
