Basic Hummus

410g can of chick peas drained

1 garlic clove crushed

3 tablespoons of tahini (works without this ingredient too, just a little runnier)

Juice of half a lemon

2 tbsp fresh coriander (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth

Transfer to bowl and cover until required
